Job summary

Logan's Roadhouse is seeking an Assistant General Manager to drive overall restaurant performance, lead day-to-day operations, and develop the management team. The role oversees safety, compliance, and guest satisfaction while optimizing labor, food costs, and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have restaurant leadership experience, strong communication, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Two years restaurant management experience required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Energetic and flexible; calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Model hospitality by conducting 100% table visits with guests.
• Effectively handle guest complaints and resolve issues.
• Assist with staffing, interview candidates, and training to ensure proper coverage.
• Plan and lead shift meetings; solicit feedback from team members.
• Provide ongoing performance feedback and development goals to hourly staff.
• Ensure adherence to SERV Safe Alcohol, Food, OSHA, and HACCP standards.
