Qualifications

• Minimum two years restaurant management experience required.
• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams to meet service standards.

Responsibilities

• Model hospitality and ensure 100% table visits.
• Handle guest complaints effectively and professionally.
• Oversee staffing and scheduling to maintain proper coverage.
• Lead shift meetings and provide coaching and feedback.
• Monitor safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance (SERV Safe, HACCP, OSHA).
• Manage cash handling, deposits, and banking procedures.
• Coordinate with vendors for timely deliveries and inventory control.
• Ensure adherence to recipes, portion sizes, and food quality standards.
