Job summary

Logan's Roadhouse in Cleveland, TN is seeking an Assistant General Manager to drive operational excellence, sales growth, and profitability at a single location. You will hire, train, and develop management and hourly team members while ensuring safety, sanitation, and compliance with company and regulatory standards.

You will lead shift meetings, mentor staff, manage labor and cost of sales, oversee guest service and vendor relations, and coordinate with the General Manager in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years restaurant management experience required.
• College degree preferred or equivalent in experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer skills
• Must possess proper food handler and alcohol dispensing certifications

Responsibilities

• Model hospitality skills by conducting 100% table visits of guests in the restaurant.
• Effectively handle guest complaints.
• Plan and lead shift meetings and solicit feedback from team members.
• Manage shifts to achieve sales and profit goals (including hourly labor and cost of sales).
• Ensure adherence to SERV Safe Alcohol, Food, OSHA, and HACCP standards.
• Assist General Manager in overseeing cash handling and deposits.
• Unload vendor trucks/pallets and rotate inventory.
• Maintain relationships with vendors to ensure timely, cost-effective deliveries.
