Job summary

Logan's Roadhouse is seeking an Assistant General Manager to drive operational excellence at a single Tennessee location. You will oversee sales, payroll, safety, training and development of management and hourly team members, and ensure guest satisfaction and food quality.

Responsibilities include staffing, coaching, cash handling, regulatory compliance, vendor relations, budgeting, and communicating policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years restaurant management experience.
• College degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Model hospitality and guest visits.
• Handle guest complaints effectively.
• Staffing: review applications, interview, and train.
• Lead shift meetings and coach team members.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance (SERV Safe, OSHA, HACCP).
• Oversee cash handling and deposits; maintain accurate records.
