Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers is hiring an Operations Manager (OM) to support the Restaurant Leader in delivering operational excellence and maintaining Raising Cane's standards and culture across all restaurant activities.

You will oversee shift execution, cash handling, and staff deployment while ensuring exemplary customer service and adherence to safety procedures. The role requires multi-tasking, leadership, and hands-on involvement in daily operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Restaurant or retail management experience.
• Proficient in managing operations and staff.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work a variety of shifts including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Executes Restaurant operations functions.
• Acts as manager on duty and opens/closes the Restaurant.
• Manages cash handling and ensures accountability.
• Enforces Raising Cane's policies and standards.
• Deploys Crewmembers during a shift and ensures customer service quality.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety in the restaurant.
