TravelCenters of America seeks an Assistant Restaurant General Manager to assist the General Manager with restaurant operations and marketing functions. This role involves staffing, training and development, supervising staff, and driving profitability to ensure travelers are served with great food and service.

The successful candidate will lead by example, develop team talent, and ensure excellent customer experiences while maintaining a clean and efficient dining environment across our travel

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership with team motivation and development.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage restaurant operations and drive profitability.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency with MS Office and POS systems.

Responsabilités

• Lead and inspire the team to meet performance standards and deliver fast, friendly service.
• Coach and manage staff according to company policy.
• Ensure courteous, efficient customer service and maintain clean, welcoming dining areas.
• Recruit, hire and retain qualified team members and foster a respectful culture.

• Adhere to safety standards and vendor relationships as per guidelines.
• Fill in as needed for hourly positions to support operations.
