TravelCenters of America is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager with restaurant operations and marketing, including staffing, training and development, and driving profitability. You will supervise the team, ensure fast and friendly service, and maintain product knowledge and a welcoming atmosphere.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, supervisory experience in the fast‑food industry, and strong communication.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Supervisory experience in fast-food industry preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; POS software experience beneficial.
