TravelCenters of America is seeking an Assistant General Manager to assist the General Manager with restaurant operations, staffing, training and profitability. You will lead a team, ensure fast and friendly service, maintain high product knowledge and uphold safety standards across our locations.

The role requires supervisory experience in fast-food, strong communication, and flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.
