Responsibilities include hiring and training, coaching a high-energy team, resolving guest concerns promptly, and ensuring accurate daily paperwork and compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of full-service restaurant experience, with leadership as an hourly team member.
• Experience in high-volume management.
• Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Establish guest service and satisfaction as a priority through personal example.
• Respond to guest complaints and resolve them to ensure a return visit and happy guests.
• Assist GM with recruiting, retaining, training and developing an optimum number of staff who deliver hospitality.
• Assist GM in achieving targeted budgets, goals and objectives.
• Assist GM in community involvement programs and marketing runs.
• Assist GM to ensure profitability by managing cost of goods and labor productivity while delivering quality food and service.
• Assist GM in controlling other operating expenses to minimize costs without impacting operations.
• Manage safety by being alert and taking action on hazards.
• Ensure all daily restaurant paperwork is completed accurately and on time (daily sheets, payroll, POs, deposits, etc.).
