Job summary

bartaco is seeking a Manager to lead a dynamic hospitality team in Charlotte. You will guide daily operations, coach staff, and uphold bartaco’s guest-first standards while driving performance and growth.

You will be responsible for delivering memorable guest experiences, coaching your team, and collaborating with culinary and bar partners to maintain quality and consistency across shifts.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of restaurant experience.
• A passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Experience mentoring and training hourly team members.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
