You will guide the back-of-house team during service, ensuring food quality, presentation, and safety align with bartaco standards. You’ll manage prep lists, inventory, and overall kitchen readiness while coaching staff and aligning with front-of-house leadership.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of kitchen experience in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and cooking methods.
• Positive leadership and calm under pressure.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead back-of-house team during service.
• Ensure food quality, consistency, and plating.
• Manage prep lists, inventory, and kitchen readiness.
• Support food safety and cleanliness standards.
• Communicate with FOH leaders to keep shifts running smoothly.
