bartaco is seeking a Manager to lead daily operations, guest experience, and team development in our Tampa restaurant. You will model bartaco's touchstones, coach hourly associates, and collaborate with culinary and bar teams to deliver consistent, high-energy hospitality.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of restaurant leadership, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences while managing schedules and mentoring staff through busy shifts.
