Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and able to read/write English.
• Minimum 1 year as Shift Leader or 3 years as Assistant Manager with P&L exposure.
• ServSafe certification preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

• Lead internal service: recruit, train, and develop staff ensuring policy compliance.
• Deliver exceptional external service and maintain brand standards and cleanliness.
