Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or GED required; 2‑year degree preferred.
• Experience: 3+ years managing a service concept with P&L responsibility.
• Knowledge/Skills: English proficiency, strong interpersonal and math abilities.

• Oversee daily operations to meet service, quality, and safety standards.
• Train, develop, and motivate restaurant team; manage staffing and performance.
• Analyze performance data to improve sales and profitability while controlling costs.
