Qualifications

• Experience: Internal Promote: 1+ years as a Shift Leader or 1 year as Assistant Manager; External Recruit: 3+ years as Assistant Manager with P&L responsibility.
• Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Must be at least 18; complete Assistant Manager training; ServSafe certified; strong English communication; basic math; integrity and organization.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, develop, and evaluate restaurant employees; monitor staffing and compliance with labor laws.
• Train staff to deliver exceptional guest service, food quality, and restaurant cleanliness.
