Job summary

Harri is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor for a part-time or full-time permanent role in our Restaurant Operations. The successful candidate will assist the Restaurant General Manager and the store management team in achieving business goals through effective operations support.

Responsibilities include implementing Product/Service Quality and Cleanliness & Sanitation programs, crew management, cost management, and overseeing the operation of the packaged program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• At least 1 year of team-leading experience in food or retail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, adaptable, and able to work varying schedules including holidays.
• Proficient in MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Implement assigned Product/Service Quality or Cleanliness & Sanitation (C&S) Program.
• Implement assigned Crew Management activity.
• Implement assigned Cost Management activity.
• Manage operations of assigned Packaged Program.
