Harri is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to join our Restaurant Operations in Arlington, TX. This role supports the Store Management Team to reach business goals through operational excellence and team leadership.

The position can be part-time or full-time and requires a proactive, energetic candidate with strong communication and problem-solving skills. You will work with MS Office tools and adapt to varying schedules, including holidays.

Qualifications

• High school education is required.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Team Leader in food or retail or equivalent.
• High energy level; able to work varying schedules including holidays.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented, self-driven, fast learner and adaptable.
• Proficiency with MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant General Manager/Store Management Team to achieve Store Business Goals through effective operations support.
• Implement assigned Product/Service Quality or Cleanliness & Sanitation programs.
• Execute assigned Crew Management activities.
• Manage operations of assigned Packaged Program and related tasks.
