Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2–4 years related experience or equivalent combination.
• Ability to read and write English; interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Certification through IHOP training courses.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise craft employees at the unit and assist GM with overall direction, coordination and evaluation.
• Assist in achieving budgeted sales and profits.
• Develop professional relationships with IHOP employees and guests.
• Implement Craft Training program for hourly staff to improve operations and guest experience.
• Assist in the execution of annual financial, local restaurant marketing, guest service and HR objectives per SOP.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and safety regulations.
• Recruit, train and retain staff per SOP and unit plan.
• Ensure adequate levels of supplies; maintain equipment and premises.
• Complete required reports and paperwork; perform other duties as assigned.
