IHOP in Oklahoma seeks an Operations Supervisor to direct unit operations and lead a diverse team of restaurant staff. You will supervise craft training, ensure compliance with SOPs, and uphold quality guest experiences across front- and back-of-house activities.

Responsibilities include managing resources, assisting in budgeting and marketing efforts, and recruiting/training employees while maintaining safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards.

Qualificações

• Ability to speak and read English and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedures.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to supervise and train employees.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in achieving budgeted sales and profits.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with IHOP employees and guests.
• Implement Craft Training program for all restaurant hourly employees to improve unit operations and guest experience.
• Assist in the execution of annual financial, local restaurant marketing, guest service and human resource objectives, strategies and tactics for assigned unit.
• Comply with federal, state, and local regulations for the assigned unit.
• Assist in recruitment, training and retention of employees as defined by SOP and operations plan.
• Ensure adequate levels of food, paper, kitchen, safety, janitorial, and other supplies.
• Ensure proper operational condition of equipment, building structure and premises per SOP.
• Maintain safety and sanitation practices per regulations and SOP.
• Assist in the completion of all required reports and paperwork.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
