• Implement training programs to improve unit operations and guest experience.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and SOPs.
• Recruit, train, and retain staff; manage inventory and supplies.
• Ensure equipment, building, and premises meet safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Complete required reports and perform other duties as assigned.
