Qualifikationen

• Ability to speak and read English; write routine reports.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Certification through IHOP training courses may be required.

• Assist in achievement of budgeted sales and profits.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with IHOP employees and guests.
• Implement Craft Training program for all restaurant hourly employees.
• Assist in executing annual financial, local restaurant marketing, guest service and HR objectives.
• Ensure supplies and equipment are maintained and operational.
• Ensure safety and sanitation practices meet regulations and SOP.
• Assist in recruiting, training and retaining employees.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
