Job summary

Universal Store in Enid, OK is seeking a responsible supervisor to direct the operation unit and support the General Manager with daily activities. You will help drive sales, ensure exceptional guest service, and uphold company SOPs in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating training, managing supplies, maintaining safety and sanitation, and assisting with HR tasks and reporting. A valid driver’s license and IHOP training certification are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2-4 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A valid Driver’s License will be necessary to drive a car on Company business.
• Certification through assigned IHOP training courses.

Responsibilities

• Directs the operation unit.
• Assist in the achievement of budgeted sales and profits.
• Develop and maintain professional working relationships with IHOP employees and guests.
• Implement Craft Training program for all restaurant hourly employees to improve unit operations and guest experience.
• Assist in the execution of annual financial, local restaurant marketing, guest service and HR objectives per SOP.
• Ensure adequate levels of supplies and maintain equipment and premises per SOP.
• Ensure safety, sanitation and security practices per regulations and SOP.
• Assist in recruitment, training and retention of employees as defined by SOP.
• Complete required reports and paperwork.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
