Qualifications

• Alternative: 2-year degree in Food Service/Hotel Management with 1 year in F&B experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing Restaurant/Bar and Room Service operations.
• Supervise daily shift operations and staff performance.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and compliance with budget and standards.
• Collaborate with Chef/Restaurant Manager on service levels and issues.
• Open/close restaurant shifts and monitor alcohol service per law.
