Job summary

Gaylord Hotels in Kissimmee, Florida is seeking an entry-level management professional to assist daily operations in Restaurants, Bars and Room Service. You will help with menu planning, maintain sanitation standards, supervise frontline staff and ensure guest satisfaction while managing the operating budget.

Responsibilities include supervising shifts, coordinating with the Chef and Restaurant Manager, opening and closing shifts, and providing outstanding service to guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 3 years in food & beverage or related area.
• 2-year degree in hospitality/food service; 1 year in F&B.

Responsibilities

• Assist in management of the restaurant team and shift operations.
• Supervise daily restaurant operations; support director or manager.
• Monitor staff performance and provide feedback.
• Ensure proper supplies, equipment and uniforms for staff.
• Maintain sanitation standards and follow restaurant policies.
• Provide guest service and handle guest concerns.
