Job summary

Universal Store is seeking a capable operations leader to direct an assigned unit in Bartlesville. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, maintaining strong guest relations, and enforcing SOP-driven procedures to ensure efficient, compliant operations.

The candidate will supervise craft employees, coordinate training, monitor inventory and safety practices, and collaborate with management to meet financial and guest-service goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 2–4 years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in achieving budgeted sales and profits.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with IHOP employees and guests.
• Implement Craft Training program for all restaurant hourly employees to improve unit operations and guest experience.
• Assist in executing annual financial, local restaurant marketing, guest service and HR objectives per SOP and operations plan.
• Comply with federal, state, and local regulations applicable to the unit.
• Assist in recruitment, training and retention of employees per SOP and operations plan.
• Ensure adequate levels of supplies including food, paper, kitchen, safety, and janitorial items.
• Ensure proper operational condition of equipment, building and premises per regulations and SOP.
• Maintain safety and sanitation practices per regulations and SOP.
• Ensure security practices per SOP.
• Assist in completion of all required reports and paperwork.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
