Universal Store in Topeka, KS is seeking an Operations Supervisor to direct unit operations, manage staffing, and uphold safety and quality standards. You will oversee daily activities, collaborate with the General Manager, and drive guest satisfaction and profitability through effective leadership and compliance with SOPs.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 2–4 years of related experience, plus strong English communication. A proactive, team-focused mindset is essential.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED and 2–4 years related experience and/or training.
• Ability to speak and read English and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedures.
• Ability to recruit, train and retain employees and supervise craft staff.

Responsabilidades

• Directly supervise craft employees at assigned unit and assist the GM with overall direction and evaluation.
• Assist in achieving budgeted sales and profits.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with IHOP employees and guests.
• Implement craft training for all restaurant hourly employees to improve operations and guest experience.
• Assist in executing annual financial, marketing, guest service and HR objectives and SOPs.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and SOPs; supervise safety and sanitation practices.
• Assist in recruitment, training and retention of employees.
• Ensure adequate levels of supplies and proper operation of equipment and premises.
• Complete required reports and paperwork; perform other duties as assigned.
