Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• 1-2 years restaurant management experience.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.

• Basic understanding of P&L in a restaurant setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and service standards.
• Check quality standards and monitor safety/regulations.
• Assist in ordering supplies and managing inventories.
• Resolve customer complaints following company standards.
• Supervise staff, training, and adherence to dress code.
• Maintain sanitation and record-keeping per policy.
• Support opening/closing procedures and equipment maintenance.
• Contribute to achieving financial and guest service goals.
