Job summary

Areas USA, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor in Operations to assist the Concept Manager and Assistant Manager with supervising associates on shift and helping run the restaurant to achieve guest satisfaction and quality service.

The role requires knowledge of restaurant operations, ability to lead during shifts, and strong English communication. It involves monitoring shift revenues, ensuring compliance with policies, and contributing to a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English and ability to interact with guests and staff.
• Experience in supervising restaurant shift operations or similar roles.
• Ability to read, count, add, subtract, write and record numbers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the shift's restaurant operations and coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
• Ensure food and products are prepared/served according to recipes and standards.
• Assist with training of new hires during shifts to foster a productive environment.
• Help achieve company objectives in sales, service, quality, appearance, sanitation and cleanliness.
• Supervise associates, recruit, schedule, train, resolve problems and communicate openly.
• Respond to guest needs, issues and feedback to ensure a quality experience.
• Maintain and update cash register system and prepare reports to aid restaurant administration.
• Oversee maintenance/sanitation of the restaurant and equipment during shifts to protect assets.
• Perform special projects and other duties as assigned.
