Areas USA, Inc is seeking a Lead to assist the Unit General Manager and/or Restaurant/Retail Manager in achieving store sales and operating goals. You will lead a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences while ensuring the highest standards of quality, sanitation and service.

In this role you will coach staff, monitor the store environment, enforce recipes and portions, and participate in training. The position requires 1–2 years in a related role, strong communication, and the ability to

Qualifications

• Requires 1–2 years in a related role.
• Minimum High School Diploma, some college preferred.
• Knowledge of the restaurant environment.
• Strong guest service, sales and operational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Model a guest-first attitude and supervise shift staff.
• Review store environment and coach for improvements.
• Ensure food and products meet standards.
• Assist with training of new associates on shift.
• Execute operational excellence across service, quality, appearance and sanitation.
• Maintain composure during peak times and set an example for the team.
• Provide management with improvement recommendations.
• Support the guest program to standards.
• Handle special projects as assigned.
