Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma, some college preferred.
• 1-2 years restaurant management experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Must be able to adapt to a diverse workforce.
• Basic understanding of P&L goals for the location including labor, sales, and COG.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations to deliver prompt, courteous service while complying with standards.
• Monitor quality standards on food and beverage deliveries and adjust as needed.
• Assist in ordering concept supplies including food, beverage, smallware, chemicals and paper products.
• Resolve customer complaints per company standards.
• Maintain sanitation and health & safety compliance with local guidelines.
• Monitor staff and customers to ensure adherence to liquor regulations where applicable.
• Assist in record keeping; prepare paperwork, forms, reports, schedules.
• Arrange for maintenance and repair of equipment and services.
• Maintain opening and closing procedures and security standards.
• Support concept manager in evaluating associates' performance.
• Ensure dress code compliance.
• Monitor food preparation to meet brand standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
