Job summary

Blake’s Lotaburger is seeking an Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations, supervise crew, and help maximize profitability while maintaining top customer service. The role requires leadership, strong communication, and adherence to company policies in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with the General Manager to ensure high standards of food preparation, safety compliance, and efficient shift coverage across evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or higher; restaurant management experience preferred.
• Ability to work 35+ hours per week, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• On-call availability for emergencies.
• Professional appearance and adherence to policies.
• Proficiency with health codes and food safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager in overseeing restaurant operations.
• Manage and schedule crew; ensure proper staffing for shifts.
• Monitor food, beverage and labor costs to protect profitability.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle complaints professionally.
• Enforce Blake’s Lotaburger policies and procedures; maintain safety standards.
