Job summary

Blake’s Lotaburger in New Mexico is seeking a Shift Manager to assist in restaurant operations as the Manager on Duty, ensuring fast, friendly service and profitability. You will supervise crew, uphold policies, and monitor food costs while maintaining a clean, safe dining area.

This full-time role requires a HS diploma and at least six months restaurant experience, with flexible hours up to 28 hours PT or 40 hours FT. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma required and at least six months restaurant experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule up to 28 hours/week PT or 40 hours/week FT.
• Appearance must be professional; neck tattoos restricted and piercings managed.
• Proficient with Blake’s Lotaburger POS and BOH systems.
• Must understand health codes for handling raw meat and eggs.
• Must read/write in English; bilingual Spanish/English a plus.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check.
• Food Handler Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the MOD in overseeing daily restaurant operations.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain profitability via cost control.
• Train and coach crew for proper service and policies.
• Enforce food safety, sanitation, and security procedures.
• Support inventory, deposits, and schedule adherence.
