Job summary

Blake’s Lotaburger in New Mexico is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations and to drive profitability while maintaining high customer service standards.

The AM will lead staff, monitor food and labor costs, ensure compliance with health codes, and help grow sales through effective scheduling and training in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong leadership, attention to policy, and the ability to work openings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years old.
• Restaurant management experience or related coursework.
• Able to work 35+ hours weekly, including openings/closings.
• Proficient in English; Spanish beneficial.
• Pass pre-employment background check; valid driver's license.
