Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• At least six months restaurant experience.
• Ability to work flexible schedule up to 28 hours per week (PT) or 40 hours per week (FT).
• Proficient knowledge of Blake’s Lotaburger policies and procedures.
• Must understand health codes and food safety procedures.
• Computer skills including email and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist management on duty to oversee restaurant operations.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with fast, friendly service.
• Enforce policies and procedures; report violations to General Manager.
• Monitor food, beverage, and labor costs to protect profitability.
• Educate and train crew members; support succession planning.
• Perform other duties such as stocking shelves and housekeeping.
