Job summary

Blake’s Lotaburger in Carlsbad, NM seeks a Shift Manager for full-time, up to 35 hours weekly, non-exempt. The role supports the General Manager and Manager on Duty, ensuring smooth restaurant operations and excellent customer service in a fast-paced, sanitation-conscious environment.

You will help control food and labor costs, train crew members, and uphold Blake’s Lotaburger policies, while maintaining safety standards and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Food Handler Certification required.
• Fluency in English; Spanish bilingualism is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the MOD and management to run the operation.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and fast service in a clean, safe environment.
• Control food, beverage and labor costs through diligent monitoring.
• Educate and train crew; support scheduling and shift coverage.
