Blake’s Lotaburger is seeking a Shift Manager to assist the management team in operating the restaurant as MOD, ensuring fast, friendly service in a clean, safe environment. You will help monitor food and labor costs and coach crew members to deliver top customer experiences.

The role demands leadership, adherence to Blake’s Lotaburger policies, health code compliance, and the ability to operate POS and BOH systems. A flexible schedule and team focus are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and at least six months restaurant experience.
• Flexible schedule up to 28 hours/week PT or 40 hours/week FT.
• Appearance must be professional, neat, clean and well-groomed; neck tattoos restricted; facial piercings not allowed.
• Proficient in Blake’s Lotaburger operations, policies and procedures.
• Understand health codes for handling raw meat and eggs.
• Basic computer skills: email, POS, and learning BOH system.

Responsibilities

• Assist management as Manager on Duty (MOD) to oversee restaurant operations.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle complaints politely.
• Monitor food and labor costs to maintain profitability.
• Develop leadership skills to motivate staff.
• Ensure compliance with all policies and food safety laws.
• Support inventory and deposits as per policy.
• Train crew members and provide feedback for growth.
• Perform other duties including stocking and housekeeping.
