Job summary

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED with 2–4 years of related experience, a valid driver’s license, and IHOP certification. You will partner with management to implement training, scheduling, and process improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2–4 years related experience or equivalent.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License.
• IHOP training certification is required/preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in achieving budgeted sales and profits.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with IHOP employees and guests.
• Implement Craft Training program for all restaurant hourly employees.
• Assist in the execution of annual financial, local restaurant marketing, guest service and HR objectives, strategies and tactics.
• Comply with federal, state, and local regulations applicable to the unit.
• Assist in recruitment, training and retention of employees.
• Ensure adequate levels of supplies and proper safety, sanitation, and equipment.
• Ensure proper operational condition of equipment and premises.
• Assist in completion of required reports and paperwork.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
