IHOP is seeking an operations leader to direct the unit and drive budgeted sales and profits. You will build professional relationships with IHOP guests and crew, and implement craft training to elevate guest experience.

The role requires strong adherence to SOPs, licensing requirements, and ongoing recruitment and training of staff. You will ensure supply levels, safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance across the operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2–4 years related experience or equivalent.
• Certification through assigned IHOP training courses.

Responsabilités

• Assist in achievement of budgeted sales and profits.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with IHOP staff and guests.
• Implement Craft Training program for all restaurant hourly employees to improve unit operations and guest experience.
• Assist in the execution of annual financial, local restaurant marketing, guest service and human resource objectives per SOP.
• Comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Assist in the recruitment, training and retention of employees per SOP.
• Ensure adequate levels of food, paper, kitchen, safety, janitorial, uniform, linen, and miscellaneous supplies.
• Ensure proper operational condition of equipment, building structure and premises per SOP.
• Ensure safety and sanitation practices are maintained per regulations and SOP.
• Ensure security practices as defined by SOP.
• Assist in the completion of all required reports and paperwork.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
