Qualifications

• Experience: 1+ years as Associate Manager (internal); 3+ years in service with P&L (external).
• Must be 18+, able to obtain food safety certification, and proficient in English.

• Direct daily restaurant operations and staff development.
• Ensure exceptional guest service and food quality in line with brand standards.
• Analyze performance data to improve sales, costs, and profitability.
