Harri is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a Jack in the Box unit in San Jose, CA. You will oversee internal and external service, sales, and brand integrity while building a skilled team and driving profit.

The role emphasizes training, compliance, and operating excellence in a fast-paced environment. You will ensure high guest satisfaction, maintain food safety standards, and manage costs to meet restaurant goals.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or G.E.D.; higher degrees preferred.
• Minimum 1 year as Associate Manager or 2 years as First Assistant Manager with full P&L responsibility.
• Must be 18+; ServSafe certified; able to speak, read, and write English.
• Strong math, organization, and planning abilities; attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to multiple locations as required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select, train, develop, and evaluate restaurant employees.
• Provide exceptional guest service and food quality in line with brand standards and safety rules.
• Analyze operational and financial performance; use data to drive improvements and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and labor laws; lead by example.
