Job summary

Harri is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations of a Jack in the Box unit. You will lead a team to deliver the Brand Promise and Service Profit Chain, ensuring compliance and driving sales and profit while maintaining safety and standards.

You will recruit, train, and develop staff, monitor performance, and serve as a role model for excellent guest service and food quality. This role requires strong leadership and adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; additional degrees preferred.
• Experience: Internal Promote: 1+ years as Associate Manager; External Recruit: 3 years with full P&L.
• Knowledge/Skills: English fluency, interpersonal skills, math basics, integrity and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Internal Service: recruit, train, develop, and evaluate staff; ensure My Promise to You and SPC execution.
• External Service: deliver guest service and food quality; address guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Sales & Profits: analyze performance, implement action plans, and manage costs within budget.
