Job summary

Harri is seeking a Team Leader to supervise front-of-house operations at a Jack in the Box location. You will train staff, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold food safety and service standards.

You will lead by example during peak times, coach team members, manage order accuracy, and maintain cleanliness and a welcoming dining experience for guests. Prior experience in quick-service is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience – 6 consecutive months JIB experience and 100% certified in all workstations for internal promotes, or 1 year supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail customer service environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old; complete Team Leader training classes; and in certain states, ServSafe certification.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English; excellent interpersonal skills; strong math, organizational, and planning abilities; integrity.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach team members using the Guest Expectations training materials.
• Lead front-of-house and back-of-house tasks to ensure fast, accurate service.
• Maintain cleanliness and ensure food safety and quality standards.
• Handle guest interactions and resolve issues per guidelines.
