Qualifications

• Minimum two years restaurant management experience required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must possess proper food handler and alcohol dispensing certifications.
• Meets all company service standards and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Model hospitality and lead staff to deliver guest service.
• Handle guest complaints and maintain quality control.
• Assist with staffing, interviews, and training to ensure proper coverage.
• Plan shift meetings and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
• Oversee safety, sanitation, and compliance with regulations.
• Manage cash handling, deposits, and vendor relations as needed.
• Monitor cost of sales, food waste, and labor to meet revenue goals.
• Ensure adherence to ServSafe, HACCP, OSHA standards.
