Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum two years restaurant management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must possess proper food handler and alcohol dispensing certifications.

Responsibilities

• Model hospitality: conduct 100% table visits to guests.
• Handle guest complaints effectively.
• Assist with marketing efforts to attract new guests.
• Lead staffing: review applicants, interview, train; plan and run shift meetings.
• Provide ongoing coaching and development for hourly staff.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and HACCP/OSHA compliance; manage cash/docs.
