Job summary

Perkins Restaurant & Bakery is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to help the General Manager run daily restaurant operations, drive sales and maintain high guest satisfaction. You will lead staff, ensure adherence to policies, and support training and development initiatives.

Ideal candidates will have 1–2 years in a supervisory role, a high school diploma, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising restaurant staff or shifts.
• Strong communication with employees, guests and vendors.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager in planning and analyzing administration and operations manpower.
• Aim for planned profits while ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Handle cash, cards and gift cards accurately and securely.
• Plan staffing and development of employees, including recruitment and training.
• Support manager onboarding and staff orientation.
