Job summary

Perkins Restaurant & Bakery is seeking a restaurant operations leader to assist the General Manager in achieving sales and profit goals through policy implementation, staff direction, and maintaining a guest-first environment.

You will oversee planning, staffing, training, and performance reviews, ensuring menu items meet quality standards and health regulations while driving guest satisfaction and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; some college or degree preferred.
• 1–2 years managerial experience preferred, ideally in food service.
• Experience in planning, staff training, and maintaining guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in planning and analyzing administration and operations manpower.
• Ensure menu items are prepared and presented properly per procedures and health regulations.
• Provide direction for staff to guarantee maximum guest satisfaction and a quality work environment.
• Attend unit management meetings and present as requested; help meet objectives.
• Oversee payroll, costs, and communications related to system breakdowns and deficiencies.
