Perkins Restaurant & Bakery is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations and drive sales and profitability through policy enforcement and staff leadership.

In this role you will mentor team members, ensure guest satisfaction, maintain food safety, and supervise scheduling, training, and performance standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory role in food service.
• High school diploma; college preferred.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager in planning and staffing.
• Achieve target profits while maximizing guest satisfaction.
• Oversee cash, gift cards, and payments processing.
• Train and develop staff including managers.
• Ensure food safety and proper food temperatures.
• Attend meetings and present to peers.
• Maintain equipment, inventory, and cleanliness.
• Ensure adherence to safety and sanitation requirements.
