Qualifications

• 1-2 years of supervisory experience in food service.
• Strong communication with staff, guests and vendors.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience with cash handling and POS procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager in planning and analyzing administration and operations manpower.
• Aim for planned profit levels while ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Handle cash, credit card information and gift cards accurately.
• Support staffing, recruiting, training, and new hire orientation.
