Raising Cane’s is hiring an Operations Manager to support the Restaurant Leader in delivering operational excellence and maintaining Cane’s culture. You will lead shift execution, supervise crew, and ensure customer satisfaction with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.

The role requires 3+ years in restaurant/retail leadership, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting. Full-time, on-site at locations in Tennessee and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of Restaurant or retail management experience.
• Possess a valid, state-issued driver's license.
• Must complete all required Raising Cane’s company training programs.
• Able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends and travel as needed for work-related functions and training.
• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing.
• Self-driven, flexible, and energetic with strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to recognize and analyze problems, set goals, create and convert plans into action to solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Executes Restaurant operations functions and supports the Restaurant Leader.
• Acts as manager on duty and opens/closes the Restaurant; manages cash handling and accountability.
• Enforces company policies and standards; leads shift management meetings; documents results and takes corrective action when needed.
• Deploys Crewmembers during shifts; provides exemplary customer service; uses reward/recognition programs.
• Authorizes employee functions needing manager approval; ensures cleanliness and good working order; completes other duties as assigned.
