Job summary

Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers is seeking an Operations Manager to support the Restaurant Leader in delivering operational excellence and upholding the brand standards and culture. The OM will manage daily operations, supervise shifts, cash handling, and ensure a safe, clean restaurant environment.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in restaurant or retail management, solid communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Restaurant or retail management experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and adaptable to new systems.

Responsibilities

• Executes Restaurant operations functions and supports the Restaurant Leader.
• Acts as manager on duty and opens/closes the Restaurant.
• Manages cash handling and ensures accountability.
• Enforces company policies and standards; ensures safety compliance.
• Deploys crewmembers, delivers exemplary customer service, and recognizes staff.
• Maintains cleanliness and good working order of the facility.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
